We are located in the street Can Puigdorfila 5 and we are the only left luggage in the city centre of Palma, one minute’s walk from Plaza de la Reina, Paseo del Borne or Plaza del Rey Juan Carlos I and five minutes’ walk from Jaime III street, Plaza de Cort or Catedral de Palma.
As well as our left luggage deposit service, we offer the best transfer service in Mallorca. We can offer you minibuses with a capacity of 20 people, but if necessary you can also hire more than one. Contact us to book your transfer.
The nearest taxi rank is located in Paseo del Borne, just a minute’s walk from our shop. The nearest airport bus stop (line number 1) is located in Paseo Mallorca, less than ten minutes’ walk from us.

It is compulsory to show your ID or passport at the moment you leave your luggage.
How does Call&Ride's luggage storage work?
- You can book on our website or stop by our shop and leave you baggage. We are located on the street Can Puigdorfila 5, and we are the only left luggage in Palma’s downtown.
- Once at our shop, we will ask you to show us a photo ID, passport or similar and fill in the voucher.
- Next we will seal you bags with a numbered flange, so you know no one has opened your bags.
- Your luggage is stored at a room only accessible by Call&Ride Mallorca staff
- To collect your luggage, all you need is to show your voucher and in less than a minute you will have your bags back, so you can continue your trip.
- Do you need a transfer to the airport or to your hotel? No problem! Our staff will page a taxi or call a private transfer. If you prefer taking the bus, the nearest bus stop is 10 minutes away from the left luggage.
